Refund policy

We take pride in our art with each one being uniquely crafted and custom printed upon receipt of every order. Given the custom order nature of our production process, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. This policy is due to the fact that each piece we create is uniquely printed, framed, and tailored based on the specific parameters we receive for each customer.

In the event you have a fault with a product you have ordered, please email hello@studioaliyah.com with your order number for a return request. On occasion issues may occur during print and transit that are out of our control, we will assess and replace any faulty order accordingly.
